Fried SPAM is of the gods. Right up there with good, crispy bacon in my love list and my cardiologist's hate list. As always, I love your informative, well-done presentation!

How very interesting I have enjoyed Spam over the years...but now I don't eat much pork and have switched to the turkey Spam it's really good with syrup brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon 👍

I've been to the Spam museum in Austin, MN a few times. They've revamped it since I was there, but it was already very interesting and informative. A museum staff member noticed me studying the display information carefully (I was killing time), and pulled open a drawer full of additional stuff from under their 'rotation' of display material, and engaged me in a discussion of whatever subject in which I expressed interest. The subject of 'Spam' seems shallow and silly at first, but I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there and learned a lot about commercial food production. Got some Spam shot glasses for my niece's collection and two cool coffee mugs, too.

The great thing about SPAM is it's versatility. With one tin you can make 2 or even 3 different meals. The Hawaiians even use it in a sushi type dish.

Love it! Armour Star Treet was a competitor, but not nearly as good as Spam.
