Skyrim - Shadow Fail - PC Bugs

Here's one of the many bugs I've come across in the PC version of Skyrim. I've only ever see this happen in this particular shop (Radiant Raiments).

I should add that this was with version 1.0 with a vanilla install. No mods.

Breeze home in Whiterun, torture room in Thalmor Embassy. These are locations I came across this issue so far.

@StRediculous Like i said, it's not a bug. It's not something that they consider to be in need of "fixing." They are not going to overhaul the entire shadow engine (which i do consider to be broken in many ways). I am much more concerned with the outdoor sun shadows myself. Modders may improve this eventually, but Bethesda will not.

Bethesda has never made any official statements at all, as far as i know, on the suck that is the shadow engine.

@Microverse1 haha, that happens from time to time. I wish they'd sort the comment system out. You'd think they'd put more effort into it considering it's one of the most important features on the entire site.

@Pokkuti Have you seen it happen anywhere else? Or just in this one spot? I've only seen it here, but other people tell me they see it elsewhere too, usually indoors.

It's caused by flame, when indoors. Not a "bug, " just poor programming. It's in alot of places. The worst is in my whiterun home. They will not be fixing this.

@Microverse1 I'm not trying to call you out -- my intent is for clarification and a piece of mind -- can you reference where Bethesda has said they will not be fixing this?
