Good scewer trick to prevent curling up

I always start my lobster prep by sniffing the tails first. If any of them are rancid you don’t want to eat them. If you smell a strong ammonia odor, do not cook the tail. Instead, take it right back to where you got it and exchange it for a fresh one.

Tails I got. I LOVE the flavor that charcoal BBQ gives food so I think I'm gonna try this! It's a beautiful, chilly, sunny fall day today. We're gonna make a day of playing games outside with the kids and have a bbq later for dinner. I can't wait for my lobster. I'm lucky cause my 2 kids and hubby won't eat the lobster so I get both tails all to myself :)
