My favorite meal ever is when my parents would take me to *Scoma's* on the wharf in San Francisco and I would get the best steak and broiled lobster... If you live in the bay area and this is your thing, you have to go at least once. A bay area local's *must do.*

I suggest waiting until it's off the heat before adding citrus. The acid causes the meat to cease and toughen up.
