Sigh instead of talking about increased funding fo the NHS when is somebody with the actual skills and knowledge and the guts going to take the bull by the horns and restructure the system ? I used to work as a nurse and there are lots of areas where immense savings can be made. The waste makes my blood boil.
Also we need to stop this continual poaching of staff from overseas that’s been going on for decades and immediate train more of our own. Improving pay and working conditions would be a start which is why so many are leaving the profession.
