that's actually smart, there's normally a ton of cops at bank robberies
so if all the banks are being robbed at the same time then you thin out the crowd of cops you need to lose

it's worth mentioning that most bank robberies these days are just a dude walking in with a hat and shades and giving the teller a note that says "i have a gun in my pocket. give me 400 dollars". The guy usually doesn't even actually have a gun.

I read a book called, "where the money is". Written by an fbi agent who was designated to LA bank robberies in the 80s.

During the 80s, 25% of all bank robberies in the US occurred in LA. Also, if you didnt harm anyone and were only seen robbing less than 6 banks, they put no time or money into finding you because their plates were already full with other robberies.

Its a good, short book. I suggest you guys check it out.

that is actually true, my grandmother worked as a teller back then. she said at a certain point the tellers were so used to it that they were friendly with the robbers.
