Anyone looking for a way to prioritize their backlog this is a great way to start doing so. I am giving this a try against my own method I have been using and so far the prioritization is consistent with both method's, which makes me feel comfortable about the WSJF approach.

Thanks for sharing Krishna!

What if you have ten stakeholders, all competing for the same developers, who's needs you need to balance, and they cannot agree on a single business value number? One gives a "3" and the other one a "20" for a story. Surely you don't just average it?

From the second column on, it's not explained. How do you calculate the value for the other columns? It was explained what they mean, BUT how to calculate them was not explained.
