I really wanted to create this matrix, but it landed in the last quadrant.

This is the best explanation of the matrix I have seen this far. Thank you for making it so simple to understand.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for creating such an informative video on the Eisenhower Matrix. As someone who struggles with time management, your video was incredibly helpful in breaking down this complex tool and providing practical advice for how to apply it in my daily life.

Excellent video brother. Very clear voice, good calm music, short and concise. No wonder the views are so high.

7/10 Great intro to the Eisenhower Matrix, this video doesn’t go into detail of the matrix by the former US president which is also adopted by Steven R Covey in his book 7 habits of highly effective people (its habit number 3) but it is a great start

0:00 Intro
0:30 First quadrant (Do first)
0:50 Example of quadrant 1
0:55 Second Quadrant (Schedule sector)
1:15 Third Quadrant (Delegate)
1:25 Example of quadrant 3
1:45 Four quadrant (Don’t do)
1:53 Example of quadrant 4
2:05 Outro

What I havent realized about that matrix was that it is for work. I wanted to make a todo list in my life in general and I couldnt make sense of it for the tasks I have in mind but in life not in work. Anyways I changed the idea of this a bit and it works our great.

Can this be added to a Time Management training for a graduate class I'm taking? (with appropriate accreditation)?

What's important is seldom urgent, and what is urgent is seldom important!

Straight facts.
Say less EISENHOWER, I'am on it now!

May I link to this in my training for my company about Productivity?

It's always that 3rd quadrant that'll baffle me, considering alot of work I do is solo. No team, no volunteers of the sort.

This content is intellectually engaging; much like a book that stimulated profound thinking. "Dominating Your Clock: Strategies for Professional and Personal Success" by Anthony Rivers

What if I have multiple important but not urgent tasks? How do I prioritize some over others?

huh, I was always told for the 4th category was to just forget it, it's not important and/or someone else will do it or remind you if it becomes important.
