Why do these people think they can leave the wet wood framing?Mold spores are on the wood framing also. Can't leave the damaged frame and replace everything else. These homes are totaled.

The worst case happened in Texas neighbourhood is because of reservoir shutter OPENED!!! No one speaks against that's ( this is my point of view )
