As migrants pour into Chicago, another city with influx sets limits

each of the migrants looks well fed and healthy and not at all like they have fled poverty or brutal conditions. Most of them around here have fancy haircuts, highlights, hair extensions and braids. I guess refugees' first priority is getting a stylish hair do.
