Chinese Air Force Colonel to his Naval counterparts: "Ram any US warship that intrudes on any of the contested waters in the South China Sea."
Chinese Naval official: "Please don't tell us what to do with our warships, pal. Use your own planes in Kamikaze attacks if you want, but don't try to involve us in your hair-brained schemes."

The US Navy needs to install an improved version of a WW-II k-gun along the port and starboard deck edges. 3-4, k-guns per side. When a Chinese ship comes too close. Project 1 or more 300-500 lbs depth charges set to explode at 3-6 meters depth. Between the ships, to fend off a would be ram ship. If the Chinese ship is damaged. They just got in the way of an ASW training excersie!
Oops! Lol! Their half-assed hull sprang a leak!😎 We offered to help! Lol
