Message for Simon: since you are also dealing with socially disoriented young people I believe that your role as judges should not underestimate the educational aspect. Even a stage could be a moment of growth for some of them and a shamelessly negative judgment could have an even more negative impact on their lives. I would treat them with more love and compassion.
