In this video we will discuss the illusory nature of time and how in reality, time does not exist. We will uncover the truth about time, which is the realization that all that truly exists is this eternal now moment. I hope this can help.

I noticed animals like birds are always present, they're not lost in thought but just observing the world and living right here and now... great message thanks.

I thing that helps me understand time is: Imagine a cup of transparent water, now put a drop of ink in that cup. As you see the shapes of ink change in that cup you are not thinking of the shapes before or the ones that will come after. There is change and everything is changing but there is no time. Time is when we attach thoughts of how it was before, and trying to predict what comes.

Thank you for sharing Vishuddha.

With your messages I ever feel more present. Thank you for that.

From your videos I got a lot of insight into teachings of Advaita Vedanta, with you and Swami Sarvapriyananda I feel like here and now are the essence of Brahma, the One.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti

I have thought like this ever since I was a small child. I could not grasp why people would adhere to time. It’s nothing but a controlling mechanism.

What you’ve been taught to misperceive as time is simply change, we are an eternal energy having subjective experiences as different incarnations before we go back to the Source Energy 🙏

The term “ in the moment “ may itself be somewhat deceiving. The tick tick tick of the clock, an artificial technology appears to make the now very condensed when we call it a moment. I find thinking of the “ now” as more blob like with no sharp edges or abrupt definition helps to relax into the flow and expanse of perception. The now includes a much wider view than the moment. Just my two bits worth .

Both the "remembrance of earlier moments" and the "anticipation of later moments" (leading to the impression of an increasing distance between earlier moments and the Present, and a decreasing distance between later moments and the Present) make the constant change of the Present SEEM to be a movement "from" earlier moments "to" later moments.

In other words, remembrance and anticipation make the Present SEEM to be a "movement through time".

However, as both earlier and later moments (and the steadily increasing/decreasing temporal distance between them and the Present) are not actually anywhere to be found beyond the finite mind, the Present cannot ACTUALLY be a movement from earlier moments to later moments through time. This apparent movement is nothing more than the ILLUSION of time.

Change itself is logically beginningless and endless, and is therefore timelessly present.
