We introduce the definitions of a: statement, negation, conjunction and disjunction. Axioms for the negation of a statement, the conjunction and the disjunction are introduced, stated and summarized in truth tables. The lesson concludes by encouraging students to write truth tables to prove or disprove the associative and distributive properties of conjunctions and disjunctions
