if you’re 5’4 & shorter (like me), losing weight can take up to 2x as long!

here’s why (the science)

👉🏼 lower BMR: the shorter you are, the less calories you burn at rest.
👉🏼 caloric deficit: harder to create because our daily needs + expenditure is lower.
👉🏼 less muscle & smaller organs: impacts how many calories you burn daily (less than average)

which means you might have started a fitness journey before and thrown in the towel TOO soon!

I used to struggle with restricting calories and doing cardio but never seeing results...

oh my, i resonate with this? I'm 5'3" and i have been trying to lose some fat for the last month and i don't notice any change at all. Maybe a month is too soon to tell a difference, but I'm glad I came across your video because i see this as a sign to not give up. :)
