🍴CREAMY WHITE TAPIOCA JELLY SALAD🍴

🫑INGREDIENTS🫑

● Water ( 2 cups )
● Coconut milk ( 1 cup )
● White Sugar ( 1/4 cup )
● White Unflavored Jelly powder
or Agar -Agar ( 25gms )
● Cooked Small Tapioca Pearls / Sago ( 1 cup )
● All Purpose cream ( 500ml ) ( can be substituted with Heavy cream )
● Condensed milk ( 1 can 300ml )
● White Kaong ( Sugar Palm Fruit ) ( 340gms )
● White Nata de Coco ( 340gms )
● Cheese cubes ( 1/2 cup ) optional
● Grated Cheese ( 1/4 cup ) optional

My mom makes this for us; she would add the green grapes to contrast the sweetness. When you eat this, you'll be surprised by the sourness of the grapes and then the sweetness. Quite delicious.

This was actually really good! I didn’t add cheese but I did use lychees. Didn’t like the palm seeds. Loved nato de coco. I like that u can control the amount of richness and sweetness by mixing up the ratios of condensed milk and cream

I used to make that for my nieces and nephews every occasion. Sago, nata de coco, cube almond gelatin, kaong, buco, longgan, lychees. We call that white salad. The children loved it

I love how you made your own coconut jelly! this is a must try! I would love to try it with the cheese too. maybe i can just grate enough for my serving to try it with the cheese first but looks phenomenal!! Thank you!

I remember when i was a teenager. Gumawa ako niyan kasi marami kami niyog. Marami kasi kami punong niyog sa bakuran. Year 1993 pa yun. That was 1993.I make coconut jelly and then cut into strips like that Nd then i mix with nata de coco, pandan leaves boiled. Cream and condemsed. With some langka strips. Then chilled

I always wanted to use sugar palm fruit in some recipe, got it👍 although glazed fruits like pineapple can replace cheese I guess

The best with shreded young coconut or buko but gelatin is a smart alternative as fresh buko is not often available in other countries and could be expensive in the city.
