Great video! Love the Singapore Girl in this vid! They're not just ordinary flight attendants that serve food, bring water and sells stuff during flight, they go beyond that line. Tends to every need of every passenger and makes you feel at home during the entire flight are some of their qualities that makes me want to travel every time with SQ!

It's interesting that the business class cabin is featured here because in terms of 'understanding your needs', the business or first class cabin is where that idea really comes into its own. I've flown the business class version as depicted here, a really good experience and the video's on my channel.
