If it rains more than 100mm in 24hrs and still continue, there will be water logging. True for entire india😂, have seen what happened few months back in assam, Tripura, mumbai and south india. I drove from north kolkata to south kolkata and back today.. CIT road, park circus, Gariahat, southern Avenue, lake gardens fly over till Tollygunge "Rabindra sarovar metro". All main roads are devoid of any water logging, but 30% of inside roads did have water.
