If you want that way
Just click row 2, highlight all the way down to row 18.

ctrl+shift+L then sort cell J2 (Totals).

It will filter lowest to highest vice versa, and it will stay the details in row 19

Thank you for sharing with us the type of excel test. However the question 4 is calculated differently, the growth or decrease between two period is calculated as next :
(N - N-1)/N ► N = Now Period ► N-1 = Previous Period
the first row then would be :
(300861-590476)/300861 = -0.96 = -96%
and you can also notice that the decrease amount is almost double so it can't be -49%

Why do you need to study excel? There are TEMPLATES and ready made FUNCTIONS! Just insert the proper values. Dont waste your time..
