I live in a small town, run a small business (separate from reselling)by myself, and my sales are increasing so much that im able to focus more on reselling. Thanks for another great video. Here in Montana we have no Goodwill Outlets and our Goodwill Store prices are typically $7 per item. Given those parameters, do you recommend me concentrating on higher price points?

Hi! I am curious what is the incentive for your employees to work for you, when they can resell on ebay/poshmark, etc., themselves? I have considered hiring help (with listing) and then never hired anyone because I assume they might extrapolate what they can and then just do it themselves, and quit working for me to be be a fully self-employed reseller.
