I was raised that way. In a Godly Baptist home where we attended every service and got sent to every church activity. I feel blessed as God guided me through every challenge even though I backslid many times. I would have to flat-out lie to say I wouldn't be alive if not for the Grace Of God.

It is an excellent answer and it is necessary to have it. However, I wonder, how many New Testament characters were converted to Christ because of an argument like this? Did the disciples who were told to "come and follow me" have deep reasoning? Did they perhaps have a philosophical debate or a moment of theological ecstasy? We cannot pin our hopes solely on a well-crafted argument. There is an experience that has to occur through the work of the Holy Spirit that transcends the cognitive and works directly with the spirit of the human being.
