Reviewing Edwin: how to get more two handed ball speed?

In this video we finally review another fellow Singaporean bowler, Edwin.
Edwin is asking about the timeless, age old two handed problem, "How do I increase ball speed?".
I came up with a simple 3 step drill to increase the speed of our last 3 steps, which in turn,
should also increase our swing speed and ball speed.

The PBA records speed off the hand so it's kind of unfair to compare to the video of Edwin where you computed the average speed down the lane. The PBA speed is usually 2 - 3 MPH faster than the average speed. Most two-handed pros reach the headpin within 2.5 seconds though, so Edwin's 3.0 seconds is a little slow.
