To me it's saying " Mod Organizer is not set up to handle nxm links. Associate it with nxm links?" what does this mean?

I've never seen this problem before. I updated MO2 which removed my mods so I am reinstalling them but MO2 keeps saying about Marry Me Serana SSE "This mod is for a different game" when it's the exact same one I've always used for SSE. I even redownloaded it again straight from Nexus SSE.

Is there a way to automatically install all the mods I've already downloaded and had running with Nexus? I'm trying to go in each folder one-by-one and find every .rar file. Most of them have a folder with no .rar in it and all the Z files are in with the few .rar I find. Should I just unzip everything into the main folder and pic through the files for the .rar files? Even after "extract here" most of them aren't showing .rar in the folders that the Z file made when unzipped (even though I am specifically looking for .rar files and a bunch more) and the folders are showing as empty. The left collar IS listing all the mods I've downloaded though. I don't even see an uninstall option so I can start from scratch.
