How to Install Skyrim Mods (Manually)

In this video I show you how to mod Skyrim without the use of mod managers or the Steam Workshop. This is my first video, I hope it's helpful and informative :D

- IMPORTANT: I forgot to mention, before you play you'll need to go into 'Data Files' in the Skyrim launcher and make sure you tick the box beside the esp file, otherwise it won't work!

Thank you so much for this video!  I've never downloaded manually before (with any level of success, anyway) and this is the first tutorial I've found that was concise, well-paced and easy to understand.  You're doing the lord's work, girl

I've always manually installed mods and your tutorial is spot on. The only thing missing is that if you manually install mods that have bsa, esp, or esm's, you need to use a mod organizer such as LOOT or BOSS to make sure all your mods are in the correct load order. I noticed this video is 3 years old but it's a helpful way to keep your game from CTD (Crash To Desktop) Idk about BOSS but LOOT will inform you of any updates you may need and tells you if you are missing a certain mod for a mod you have to work right. Also, get familiar with TES5Edit. That little tool can clean Skyrim and have it running famously. Great Video!!!
