I was a lawyer just trying to give creative legal advice how to embezzle money...I was pushing the envelope. I shouldn't get in trouble for advocating to someone to take steps that I thought POSSIBLY were legal, but I wasn't confident...I was just trying to push the limits of the law...why should I suffer consequences for trying to help someone legally commit a crime?
