Eastman lawyers draft memo to prosecutors to make case against indictment

An attorney for John Eastman tells NBC News’ Jonathan Dienst that he is working on a proactive Hail Mary for his client—a memo to both federal and state prosecutors explaining why Eastman committed no crimes.
