I love how everytime Trump lawyers talk about the "great amount of evidence they have" in the news, but when it's time to actually present that "evidence" in court, they don't say anything at all.

"Ellis started her legal career in traffic court in Colorado, where she was fired for incompetance, but won her unemployment appeal because the hearing officer determined that she was (quote) performing the duties to the best of her ability."

I haven't lol'd that hard in a while.

Just the fact that I've never even heard of any of the lawyers in A tier before probably proves that they belong there.

John Lauro needs to be dropped to C Tier. He filed an appeal of Judge Chutkan's gag order, and the DC Circuit Court of Appeals wrote back to inform him that since he was not a member of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, he was not qualified to file appeals with them. They also told him how to find the forms. The man has been a practicing lawyer for more than 30 years, and he forgot he needed to join the Appeals Court Bar.

Imagine paying $3 million, upfront, for a specific lawyer and then you ignore the advice of said lawyer

I love how the A tier was just the lawyers who didn’t plead their case with the court of public opinion.

When Trump was campaigning and said he would get a lot of jobs for people if he became President, I didn't know he meant he would hire a bunch of Lawyers to prosecute and defend himself. Too bad he doesn't pay them.

I remember a video that CGPGrey did where he ranked all the US states flag, and since most of the states flag were terrible, he had to divide up F-Tier in F-S all the way to F-F. I think many of Trump's lawyer deserve those tiers too.

You mean the notorious fraudster who constantly breaks the law, fails to pay his attorneys and throws his associates under the bus has trouble convincing good lawyers to work for him?

And as we all know, since this recording, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, and Jenna Ellis all negotiated plea deals in Fulton County. They will all be required to testify against the rest of them in Georgia.

You didn't mention that Powell defended herself by saying that she wasn't lying because no reasonable person would have believed her statements.
