People need to looke out for their animals. If it's so hot that you are uncomfortable. Well so is your pet a dogs temp is about °101 normaly and has a fur coat on amd no shoes why would you take the out for anything outher than potty and thats it and dont walk them on the concrete or black top keep them on the grass.
