I find I like to still follow the weighing and writing down of foods eaten to keep track of what helps or not....even though I am below my target weight...thank you

Hi Dr. Nuesse. My chiropractor told me that waking up out of delta sleep is stressful to the body and can cause heart attacks (in older people). Is that true?
