This method will work on any Samsung Smartphone, such as Galaxy S21 Ultra, Note 20 series, A71, A51 and much more. And will also work on any UI, such as One UI 3.1, 3.0, 2.5 etc.

Only requirements: Must be a Samsung OLED Display.

Let's dive in.

You don't need to adjust the brightness, it will set it to max automatically when you open the tool.

Actually a better way to check for this is if you look for a light grey image and make that full screen and you can see burn in better that way. Also, if you're checking for screen uniformity issues you don't want to run at max brightness because voltage irregularities (what causes uniformity issues) generally shows up on lower brightness values.

It's better not to nit pick burn in if it's not visible on the screen because amoled will definately have some burn in after 2+ year of hard usage .

I'm using my Mrs old S9+ whilst mine is being repaired and this definitely does have burn-in! In fact there's a pink shadow of her old home screen behind nearly everything I do! I get mine back today, and I'm grateful that I had a phone to use over the last week 😏

Great tip, however I won't be doing this on my Fold2 or N20U. Once I see it, I won't be able to unsee it, lol

Just checked my s20+ that I've had since March 2020. Not a single sign of burn-in. Still looks great too!

Hi. I notice how there is unevenness in screen whenever I look in grey color at less than 50% brightness and when I raise it beyond 50%, it seems to disappear. I don't know if it's screen burn or what, what do you think?

Thanks Saki for the Wallpaper & info. However, the keypad code did not work on my Note20 Ultra. Is there a work around?
