In this video I compare the 2024 Tacoma to the 2024 Toyota Tundra. Not a super in depth comparison, just a casual off-the-cuff comparison of Toyota's two trucks (sold in the US anyway). I have some experience with both the Toyota Tacoma as well as the Toyota Tundra, having owned several myself. Watch the video to find out which might be the best fit for you - but honestly, nothing super ground-breaking in that department, but still a good watch.

The real difference/opinion I can’t wait to hear from you is how the hybrid produces in regard to real use. I’ve yet to see any videos that truly demonstrate that. With my 3rd Gen being paid off, I’m deciding whether to go for 4th Gen or jump into world of Full Size (either Tundra or F-150).

great video think the biggest issue is price the Tundra is expensive but Taco pricing is now insane 65K for a Taco Pro is a disgrace shoot a limited not hybrid Tacoma is 51K or more.

5:33 I ended up getting a non-hybrid coz I was sick of waiting for the hybrids and I am not at all dissatisfied with the power or think I need more power. The non-hybrid goes man. That turbo is power. It's not super super fast powerful but it gets up to speed quick enough.

When it comes to power the only thing I care about is can I get in front of people quickly if I'm in the wrong lane and need to switch lanes very soon after the intersection or can I pass someone quickly on the highway and the answer to both of those is F yeah you can.

And I am super super anal about power and needing it. Not needing the hybrid, but of course YOU had to get the hybrid so who knows that might change.

But nah I want the space under the hood too. The hybrid has no space under the hood and mine's my only vehicle so.. I can't afford more than one vehicle right now so this will be my main everything vehicle (including trail rig)

Some kind of fuse panel entry or something, which is odd since it's just a small storage space.. The front windshield btw supposedly says "bad ass truck" in morse code across the bottom where it says Toyota Trucks in English.

I have a 17' Tacoma, and my buddy has a 23' both 6ft bed versions.I just don't like the new body style. The interior isn't good-looking either. It just isn't set up for "mods."
