What about if they are like 3.5 years old and until like 2.8 years old, they had like 20 words but they can speak now like with sentences of 4-8 words. Also, the more complex the sentence becomes it is harder for them to put then in the right order and they repeat their selves. Have a vocabulary of definitely 800 words and they add words weekly. I mean within 10 months of saying practically nothing they can say sentences and questions (proper questions)! But i would say 40% of words are not pronounced correctly. They have phonological issues for sure, but can it be appraxia as well?
