I’m taking pre calculus this year, and I do have a question. At 3:33, if you can simplified the fractions (say it is 6/20 - 12i/20) should you? Thanks.

Now you can move the "-15/26" to the other side of the equation which becomes 15/26 =(3/26i, then multiply both sides of the equation by 26 and you get 15 = 3 i, or 3i-15 = 0.
