The lawyers will sort everything out but Rober is an engineer and what the engineer showed was with fog and with heavy rain a car using only vision will perform worse than a car that is using LIDAR and vision. Good luck arguing otherwise.

The tracking code for crunchlabs link thing is such a stretch, it's clear you're just trying to find anything to turn this into a conspiracy. Also Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) is on by default regardless of AutoPilot or FSD being enabled, but for some reason it didn't work on the initial test but did when AP was on, that's why Mark used AP.

16:30, you're incorrect on this. The video he made was "Can You Fool A Self Driving Car?" -- and his video said nothing about Fully Self Driving. There can be no lawsuit based on that alone.
