Maybe start by actually allowing users to contact customer support. Instead of trying to hunt down the "account administrator" ...companies can only cut corners for so long until competitors begin to step up.

The writing is on the wall.  Microsoft is among the walking dead.  Decentralization, open source and trustless computing is the thoroughbred of innovation models.
