I remembered back in college when I was gaming and can't finish a mission. I drink just enough that it relaxes me and increase my concentration.
I admit I finished a lot of games doing this.

A year later and I was reviewing for licensure exam and tried it.
Found out it works too but you need to figure out the right amount. Too little is headache and too much will make you sleepy. 😂
