I think this video really makes Ballmer justice.  He gets whacked very often, and nobody thinks that maybe, you know, he had some things to respect as a leader that energized and cared for his crew.  He made MSFT one of the best companies to work in the world during his time as CEO.

This man would've been a legendary leader of PR for the company instead of a CEO. Steve's last quote in this video was the most correct thing i've ever heard him say, and yet. 

I'll still miss his passionately humorous keynote speeches, somehow.
