Thanks for all the socket sizes and the exact "O" ring size. I already have the "O'reilly's O ring kit". My wife's beautiful Lincoln Town Car has been parked for the last 6 months because I was certain it was the front pump seal. I got it up and cleaned it really well and it is the O ring that is leaking. I would offer to kiss you but you would have to shave your legs and we would both end up with our pictures on a beer can and you already know how that goes!!!!LOL Seriously, I want to thank you so much.

My 2 favorite parts of this video were 1- the o-ring size and 2 - the smokey burnout! Thanks for both.

Thanks Dude. Just watched 25 min of some dipstick telling his girlfriend how to put a jack under a frame and how to turn a ratchet. Felt like I was DV'd. Uboob really needs to bring back the negatives! Straight to the point, going to subscribe just for that.

Hello Brother Cracker! Yep, having the same issue with my C-6! Put a new trans pan on with the Moroso thick gasket, checked all lines etc etc, and after a few days, there would be a puddle under the car. Especially after adding fluid. Gonna go pull the dipstick and inspect the tube, replace to O-ring. Praying that will work. Dayum, I hate leaks. Thanks for sharing and cheers from Motown/Dearborn.

I like your clean setup under the Hood. Gives me inspiration for 1976 Ford F100 up north here in SC..

Nice and helpful video. Deserves more views and likes. I need to replace my filler tube on my 4R75 once I get the parts. Pry’d on it out of desperation while changing an O2 sensor when my ratchet and socket got hung up. I’ll try to avoid using the socket type O2 wrench from now on.

I wish I would have watched this before I dumped all that fluid on my driveway.

I have an e-150 and videos are hard to find for help, so I thought I would add here to maybe help anyone? I took out my bolt to tran filler to try to get a wrench on egr valve. When I went to put it back in I couldn't line it back up to save my life. I took off the next connector up swiveled it around and got it right in. Trick is to get it started by hand W/ ANIT-SEIZE, then fit other pipe back in by backing off the bolt. Get it all nice and tight and then crank it down rest of way.

Take some brake cleaner or carb cleaner and cleaner and clean the flange of the dip stick and if the fluid is low enough go ahead and clean around the hole and put some black permertex around the flange and some in the hole and push that dip stick

Nice distributor
