Of all the Smash Bros. characters, Mr. Game & Watch is the only one stuck in 2D. What does this mean for him? Is it an advantage or a hindrance? What would life be like living, in the second dimension?

Thus why Mr. Game & Watch has a bell. He rings it, and feels the vibrations (sound) as it bounces off of objects, and back to him.

If you think about it, he's not exactly 2 dimensional. He's as flat as a game and watch screen. Sure, it's pretty thin, but not infinitely thin. He technically has 3 dimensions. One of them is just very small.

So both Mewtwo and Jigglypuff are lighter then something that is infinitely light? Good god someone give them some food.

Don't you hate it when a 2D being spills a bucket of 2D ink on you and it splits you in half?

Stupid clumsy 2D beings need to feel where they are going better.

Regarding the "Holding Mr. G&W between your hands": It wouldn't be possible. Your hands don't actually touch, when you clap them.
This may sound wierd but it happens because of the structure of the atoms that make you up. Since every atom's outer shell is made up of negatively charged electrons, atoms can not touch one another, because, as most of you should know, equal charges repel each other. So there is a tiny, microscopic space between your hands, when you clap them.
But since a 2 dimensional being is infinitely thin, it would be thinner than the space between your hands and fall down.

What would a 1 Dimensional figure think of an 11 Dimensional figure and vice versa?

This was a great video! I like how you used a really silly video game character to talk about some pretty complex stuff.

I think we can't imagine what 4d beings (and beyond) are, because it is way too complex,
like, if a 2d being tries to imagine a 3d being,
basically impossible.

"That makes him infinitely light"
BUT JIGGLYPUFF IS LIGHTER

So MG&W is 2D because if he was 3D he would have Infinite Power?
NICE NERF SAKURAI.

Wouldn't game and watch just pass through a 3d being rather than cutting em perfectly? If he's infinitely thin then there's nothing really stoping him from sliding past ur atoms without changing anything

But Lucinia's chest is also stuck in the second dimension

Wait, if 3 dimensional beings are like gods to 2 dimensional creatures, could all the greek, mayan, egyptian, judeo-chrstian etc. Gods/God, were actually 4 dimensional beings comminicating with us, and we interpreted it as divine beings. Many of their supposed powers would also be explained, as those actions would happen in the fourth dimension and we would jave no means of explaining them. Just a though

how exactly does 4d work? how should ou add a line

If he's infinitely thin, basically zero, then how do you even see him? I think he should be top tier if he's invisible.

You just solved a puzzle I've been working on for quite some time. I kept trying to figure out how a two-dimensional creature could see. They can't. Gaining sight was one of our three-dimensional abilities.

now I don't have to worry about what a fourth-dimensional creature sees, I have to worry about what new sense they have that we don't.
