Click on "Get data from file" and then "From folder"

Add a new custom column named "Size" to show the size of each file.
Click on "Close and load" to bring the results back to Excel.
(Optional) If you only want to list Excel files, you can use the text filter option in the query editor to filter for files that contain the ".XLS" extension.
