Nice video. TEFAL state in their instructions to routinely season their teflon pans, similar to seasoning cast iron, but just by taking some oil and gently rubbing onto the surface.

Nice Video. Even with the all the babying they still seem to only last maybe a year in my experience. I'm beginning to think that they "don't make them like they used to". I have a old Teflon coated electric skillet that was used and abused for decades. The non-stick coating is still amazing. The coating feels super thick compared to modern pans.

I finally just gave up on non-stick pans. I just use my cast-iron pans for everything. If things stick or burn, I just scrub the hell out of it till it's clean.

Eggs, fish lol

We own 1, 12 inch non stick pan that we baby for that purpose. Otherwise it's all stainless or cast iron that will both outlive us.

Better way to fry an egg. This comes from Gordon Ramsay. Put a little water in with the egg, and cover it. Then just take it out when it's done, no need to flip.
