Thanks for the info. Been looking at these archetypes and googled Strategist to try and confirm what I thought they meant. Would love to see content going over each and every Archetype and each and every Tier to explain exactly what they mean. Thanks again for the content!

In my opinion, the strongest path is the hybrid path. Settle on.a system and then pick and choose traits that support that. Personally I want to run a pro offense that emphasizes running the ball and play-action. I take recruiting and dev perks for offensive linemen and tactician perks for the running game. I also put a focus on QB, and otherwise I put my effort into recruiting and developing defense, especially Dline and corners.

This results in a very consistent and repeatable strategy, and I maximize my key players and my chances to recruit their replacements.

The Mindreader ability is useless. It let's you learn their dev trait AFTER they visit. By that time, they most-likely committed the week of their visit anyway; or you've spent half the season pumping recruiting hours into them where you can't just drop them and start recruiting another player just to look for a better dev trait.
