I seen companies posting for jobs in LinkedIn and getting 100+ resume within an hour, but after 2 weeks they repost again ! WTF!

Another reason: they want to hire someone internally, but they have internal HR rule that they must interview at least 3 applicants. So the 2 external people getting interviewed are unfortunately wasting their time.

Create a website that job seekers can report companies who they suspect of posting fake jobs so other job seekers can avoid those employers.

the other frustrating trend I see is extremely long interview process of 4-6 interviews lasting 2-3 months.
