Why I'm able to study 70+ hours a week and not burn out (how to stay efficient)
Показать описание
Hey all. I don't pull all-nighters. I don't miss the gym for any reason. I don't skip out on four things no matter what. These four essential things help me maintain my focus and efficiency when studying 70+ hours every week in medical school. When I begin my dedicated period to study for the USMLE Step 1 exam I plan to push this number even more to around 80 hours a week.
