There was a beehive on the mangrove tree because it spawned next to the mangrove propagule (sapling) which is also considered a flower. Pretty sure beehives can spawn on any type of tree, it's just that flowers spawn much less frequently in Savannahs, Taigas, and Dark Oak Forests than in forests.

sometime last year me and my friend were playing survival on bedrock edition about to fight the wither (if you didnt know the wither is a LOT harder to kill on bedrock but its also easier to get stacked in armour and stuff) and we tried the tunnel strat but apparently it doesnt work in bedrock edition because the wither just plows through the blocks and kills us. So we lost all our stuff and for the next 5 minutes was trying to get it back, but the wither always withered us to death. So we decided that everything probably all despawned and continued to punch the wither to death with our fists each time moving the bed farther so it wont get destroyed and we can respawn. But once we successfully killed the wither with our fists my friends decided to hit me off a 3 block tower and i died, and i did exactly the same thing to him when i came back, not realizing how low he was, AND SO HE DIED AND THE NETHER STAR (and im pretty sure his spare elytra) FLEW INTO LAVA NEXT TO US. so the moral of the story: dont be dum and fight the wither on bedrock in hard mode.
