I'm not a pro at minecraft(I normally don't play hard-core) but it seems a good portion of these deaths are the players being dumb and not checking to make sure a creeper doesn't spawn or walk behind them and blow them up due to lack of torchlight. Overall I did enjoy myself watching these funny deaths. Moral of the story, don't charge into a horde of monsters expecting a victory carefully evaluate your surroundings.

I can tell that most of these Minecraft deaths can be attributed to them being tired. They've played so long for their stream that they get tired and forget to do the important things in hardcore mode.

The guy at 2:32 had 3 stacks of coal and almost a stack of planks, but no torches, and his shield was in his hotbar and not his off-hand. What kind of person goes directly into hardcore with that little knowledge?
