Such an interesting episode, and from what I know, they re-cast everyone on the bridge of the Excelsior, even actors who had retired.
Aditionally interesting, is that of course Tim Russ wasn't in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, but as an officer in the Enterprise B, in Star Trek: Generations, as a human.
Also, the mole on George Takei's eye had been removed in between The Undiscovered Country, and the Voyager episode, I really didn't mind, since that scene could suggest Tuvok's memory lapse.
Live long, and prosper.

They did such a great job recreating these scenes.

But they didn’t watch the scenes immediately thereafter where Spock states that two _months_ had passed between the explosion of Praxis and the Gorkon peace escort mission. A _further week_ passed between Kirk’s arrest and the Khitomer Peace Conference.

“TwO dAyS lAtER”. Tuvok’s memory must be slipping in his old age…

You should do the Tribbles episode of the original Star Trek and the Deep Space Nine episode where they time travel to the events of that episode.

0:12 As Tuvok turns his back on Sulu, he does not see when he takes the tea so it is not represented in his memories.
0:25 The position of the crew is not exact.
0:33 In order not to replicate the fall of the cup, the socket is reused.
0:35 The lighting looks different.
0:48 The shockwave looks different because the one at the top is from a movie and the one at the bottom is from a TV show.
0:53 The camera shadow on Sulu's face in the image below.
Why didn't they do it the same as in the movie?
1:16 George Lucas liked the shockwave so much that he included it in the Death Star explosion in the Episode 4 remaster.
At the end of the episode, it was not a trauma produced by these events, but a microscopic parasite in Tuvok's brain and to avoid detection by the immune system it was disguised as a traumatic memory that was supposed to go unnoticed.

According to Takei, they reshot that scene because it had been 5 years since STVI, and the subtle differences in the actors appearances would've been noticeable if they'd simply edited the new material into the original footage. I love this episode, but they should've creat a new character to kill off rather than using Valtane, since we clearly see him alive at the end of the movie. If they could retroactively insert Tuvok into those events why not also include another previously unseen officer to get the parasite?

They do look bit similar but do some reshoots scenes

If they inserted the bridge scenes from the movie into the show, does that mean the movie director must be paid?
