I live in North Carolina and sometimes emergency alerts and amber alerts scare the living crap out of me but thankfully we don’t have a creepy text to speech voice reading the message

I REMEMBER DISSS. Edit: I remember being in the car and getting a bad feeling about something and then a regular eas alarm that sounded like that but I didn't take it like a normal person. My eyes became WIDE open looking at the phone and shivering like crazy for no friggen reason.
