I'll bet its GREAT, but I'm a 'minimalist' when it comes to lobster.
Par boil, split and add a little paprika, and under the broiler. I
serve with a bowl of melted butter with some lemon juice, and all I taste is that wonderful lobster!
Can't beat it!

I’ve never turned my oven up that high before. Maybe I have, I use the broiler but I’ve never chose 450 degrees before

Unless you have ogre hands you can just use your fingers instead of the spoon. Im going to give the spoon a try I always just fingered the tail.

i dont know why all the people in every channel contaminate the entire bowl of butter with the raw meat brush instead of just spooning on some sauce and then rubbing it in by hand.
