Hullo friends!
Today we’re doing another video of me baking aesthetically. It won’t be a regular thing but it is coming into the baking season after all! :)
I was so hyped up when I saw Claire Saffitz upload a video of her Apple Tart recipe- I have been half-a$$ing life by baking fruit crumbles, this recipe got me so excited to actually bake something from (almost) scratch!!

I’ve now shared it with many of my family and friends and they absolutely loved it. It’s definitely my new staple dessert; and I feel like it’s taught me so much, like I can make a compote now?
Incredible. Never used puff pastry in my little life.
Literally the perfect fall dessert, and what a motivational little success. I hope you also try something out of your comfort zone that you have been wanting to try as of late.

Hope you enjoyed it and I will see you guys on Saturday with a new Fashion video! :)

I really wanted to try out pottery, but wasn't very sure I'd be able to pull in off. However, I gave it a try and I've totally fallen in love with the process! I think I've made quite a lot of progress and I'm super proud of what I've made so far :)
